Results:

• IG: at week 4, in 4 patients it was noted that the therapy did not help - a relapse occurred, 46 continued to use the drug. At follow-up at week 8, all 46 women had no exacerbations. By the end of therapy (week 12), relapse occurred in 2 women. Week 24 - 5 more patients dropped out of the study, leaving 39 women under observation. Week 48 (end of the observation period) - exacerbation in 8 patients, 31 women still had no exacerbations.
• CG: at week 4, 8 patients experienced an exacerbation, 32 continued to take the medicine. At week 8, 4 more women dropped out of the study due to relapse, leaving 28 patients in the group.
